Lici Lacrosse is passionate about the sport of lacrosse and building strong, competitive players and teams in a way that exemplifies the spirit of the game. Our goal is to build athletes on the foundation of our four cornerstones:

Our Staff
Colin Squires - Program Director
Colin played his high school lacrosse for West Linn in Oregon winning two State Championships. Colin went on to play at the University of Denver where he was a 2x captain, 2021 Big East Defender of the Year, and USILA All-American. Colin is in his fourth season with the PLL Whipsnakes and was named a PLL All Star in 2023. Colin enjoys playing chess and poker with friends in his free time.
Jackson Dean - Director of Operations
Ross Scott - Camp and Clinic Director
Ross played alongside Colin Squires and Ethan Loun at West Linn High School. Going on to play at Rutgers University where he was a 2x Captain, 3x All-American, and holds the single season goals record. He is currently in his second season with the Carolina Chaos and continues to spread his love for the game around the community.
Jackson played his high school lacrosse at Mead High school, graduating in 2021. Jackson went on to be a two year starter at Umass Lowell in Lowell Massachusetts. He graduated in 2024 and moved back to Spokane. He is married to a former Whitworth Women’s lacrosse player and current coach for Girl’s Lici! Jackson spends his free time golfing, and hanging out with his two dogs, Tank and Mav.
Bill Gleason - Recruiting Director
Bill is currently an assistant coach for Jesuit HS, where he was formerly the head coach from 2018-2022. In 2022, he led the Jesuit Crusaders to their first state championship title. Prior to Jesuit, Gleason coached NCAA Division 1 men's lacrosse for 5 seasons at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY leading the program to its first ever top 20 ranking. While coaching he earned his MBA at Bellarmine’s W. Fielding Rubel School of Business. Gleason played NCAA Division 3 lacrosse at Cortland State in Upstate NY, contributing to the programs first ever D3 National Championship in 2006. A graduate of West Genesee High School (NY), he helped the team win back-to-back state championships, in 2002 and 2003. Bill and his wife Allison are enjoying their first year with their newborn son.
